Membership

The diamondback terrapin working group is a 501(3)c nonprofit organization dedicated to the study, conservation, and the perpetuation of terrapin populations throughout their range.  Our membership is open to all interested individuals: researchers, resource managers, educators, students and hobbyists .  Membership dues are used to support the administration of the working group and to provide funds for terrapin research, primarily for students that are members of the working group.  Membership includes updates on working group activities, use of the working group bibliography site, and eligibility to apply for DTWG grants.  

Membership dues for the Working Group are

• Student Membership (Must be recommended by mentor)                                                    $10.00

• Contributing Member                                                                                                            $40.00

• Corporation or Society                                                                                                          $50.00

• Sustaining Member                                                                                                               $75.00

• Lifetime Membership                                                                                                           $300.00

  Membership runs on the calendar year and is renewable annually except for lifetime members.  Membership will begin upon reception of dues and continue until 31 December of the year the dues payment is received.
